Construction of a Pre-Engineered Bldg for Landfill Project

Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to purchase and install one (1) pre-engineered building to be used as the Loudoun County Landfill’s Maintenance Building and located at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF) at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, VA 20175. Proposals must include the costs for the pre-engineered building, all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees to furnish, deliver, construct and install a fully functioning building to include interior build-out, in a turn-key manner as indicated in Attachment IV, Project Description. The Contractor will also be responsible for coordinating all utilities servicing the new building as well as re-routing of utilities described in Attachments IV – VIII. Time is of the essence. The County desires delivery and complete installation of the unit by December 1, 2009.
