The Town is seeking the services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm (“Architect/Designer”) within the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 149 Section 44A½ and all other applicable laws to design, bid and oversee the following three projects at the South Shore Country Club: 1) Replacement of Roof, Gutters, Trim and Portico, and 2) Replacement of the HVAC System. 3) Function hall façade evaluation and specification. The Town intends to hire one firm to design all projects concurrently.
