Description
Pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, the Virginia Housing Development Authority requests sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a Certified Public Accounting firm to perform annual financial and compliance audits of VHDA's operations for three consecutive fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, followed by two additional one-year options to renew the contract, to be made at the sole discretion of VHDA. The resulting contract shall be between the issuer, VHDA, and the Contractor. The Contractor shall not be allowed, during the contract period, to perform or submit proposals for accounting, consulting, compilation and review, or any other services for VHDA.
