The controls and HVAC upgrade project shall replace the entire existing control system that currently consists of antiquated DDC controls with pneumatic actuation with a complete and usable stand-alone DDC control system per Washington County standards.</p><p>The intent of this request for proposals is to obtain the best qualified and responsible A&amp;E firm to provide design services with a comprehensive price for design and consultant services required to complete the necessary work related to the HVAC system upgrades and replacement of the controls system. The proposal should include services for design, bidding, and contract administration as outlined in the scope section of this document. The design firm will develop the appropriate drawings and specifications for specific scopes of work that will meet the criteria from both a contractual and a bidding perspective under the County's construction delivery method (Design-Bid-Build).</p>",
