The City of Las Cruces (City), a New Mexico Municipal Corporation is soliciting bids to enter into a price agreement for the purchase of bulk fuels (Unleaded and Diesel). The agreement as a result of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be for a base period of five (5) years beginning on the date of award, per approved appropriations and at the discretion of the City of Las Cruces. Award may be made to multiple vendors, if advantageous to the City.
