The Pasadena Public Health Department (PPHD) is seeking proposals from consultants with experience assessing organizational needs and familiarity with public sector procurement processes, in order to help implement an electronic health records (EHR) system that leverages technology for population health. The services will help the PPHD assess organizational needs, support the procurement (through a separate Request for Proposals) of an EHR system, and provide guidance on evaluating qualified vendors bidding on the EHR system RFP. Consultants with experience supporting EHR implementation in a government setting are highly desirable.
