Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed General Contractor to perform repairs to parking garage structure per provided plans (Attachment A) . Location of parking structure: 315 S. Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 Contractor shall limit operations to minimize disruption to garage users. Contractor shall coordinate all garage closures with County in advance. Parking levels in the plans are labeled A, B, C, D. Parking levels at the garage are labeled P4, P3, P2, P1. A Mandatory on-site pre-bid will be held at 11AM on 5/3/2023 at 315 S. Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301
