University is seeking 7,500 to 8,000 square feet of leased space to be used as general office space.. Location shall not be further north than Hydraulic Road at Rt. 29; not further south than Fontaine Research Park; not further east than Peter Jefferson Parkway and not further west than Transitional care Hospital on Rt. 250W.Tenant may require substantive tenant improvements. Full service rent shall not include any tenant improvement allowance.
