Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to retain a qualified contractor to assume overall responsibility for the management of the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility’s (LCSWMF) Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (LFGC&CS). Management of the LFGC&CS includes maintaining the wellfield collection system, condensate recovery system, and blower/flare station in continuous operation, in peak condition, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Management of the LFGC&CS also includes all emergency, routine, and non-routine monitoring, maintenance, and repairs, as well as procurement of system replacement parts and equipment.
