George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, invites interested firms to submit letters of interest and statements of Qualifications along with background information on Form DGS-30-168, CO-16 (available from http://webfiles.dgs.state.va.us/eo51_files/DGS-30-168_05-02-CO-16.doc) for Construction Management at Risk services related to the Construction Manager at Risk for George Mason University Arlington Building Phase II. The University seeks to retain a Construction Management at Risk firm for the construction phase of the Arlington Campus Academic Building Phase II project. The firm will be responsible for providing construction management services as required for the construciton of the Arlington Campus Academic Building Phase ii, related support and ancillary facilities, utility relocations, and site improvements. The University will procure the Construction Manager at Risk contract using competitive negotiation. Only firms licensed to do business in Virginia will be considered. Six copies of the Letters of Interest/Statement of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2006, to the attention of Tom Calhoun, Director Facilties Planning, 4400 University Drive, MSN 2C1, Fairfax, VA 22030.
