The CMAR will convert from an advisory role to the contractual role of the general contractor. The project is intended to be completed in two (2) phases:</p><p><strong>Phase I: Courthouse Courtrooms Addition and Parking Garage</strong></p><p>A four-story expansion of the existing County Courthouse of approximately 150,000 square feet with twelve courtrooms, support offices and holding cells. A 500-space parking garage will be connected to the courthouse expansion by an elevated bridge.</p><p><strong>Phase II: Courthouse Office Addition</strong></p><p>A two-story 80,000 square foot office expansion and approximately 20,000 square foot buildout of existing interior shell space to the rear of the courthouse.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
