The Contractor<span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">shall</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">perform </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">preventive </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">maintenance, inspection</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">s</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">, testing services, certification</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">s</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">, and as</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">-</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">needed repairs to</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">1</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">00</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">District-owned</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\"> and operated </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">cranes</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">/hoists</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">.</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">Scheduled inspections shall take place on a</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\"> specified </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">basis</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\"> for all District cranes</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\"> as described in this bid</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">.</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">The Contractor shall also </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">be responsible for</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">as-needed</span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">crane </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">repairs </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">and </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">inspection services to be performed </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">as </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">requested</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\"> by District personnel</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Plain Text\">.&nbsp;</span></span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:276,&quot;469777462&quot;:[990],&quot;469777927&quot;:[0],&quot;469777928&quot;:[1]}\">&nbsp;</span></p><p>By submission of this bid, the bidder warrants that it is understood that this estimate was prepared by The District for the purpose of comparison of bids and that the estimated quantities are not guaranteed. The treatment plants and Pump Station facilities are in operation seven (7) days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
