This is the second round of onboarding for the prequalification list resulting from RFQ- 2024-1-3237 and RFQ-2025-1-4115. In line with the terms of the initial RFQ, Part F: Terms of Qualified Source List (Section 6.1), the Owner is providing an opportunity for Respondents to qualify and to be added to the PQL. Respondents that were successfully added to the PQL, through the original RFQ-2024-1-3237 process or the subsequent onboarding RFQ-2025-1-4115 do not need to re-apply.
